RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not happy with the products you have already received, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return them to us within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are not opened or used in anyway.

You will need to arrange and pay the cost of retuning them to us. Refunds will only be made against the original card used for purchase.

Please ensure you take all the necessary steps and obtain proof of postage.

If the products you wish to return are damaged on delivery, please email us for instructions.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to issue a refund for used or opened products.
